Unique@home does not currently offer shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unique@home does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) consumers are entitled to refunds, repairs or replacements for faulty goods - including furniture - particularly where there is a major fault. For what constitutes a major fault please see our FAQ page.

If a major fault is found the consumer will have a right to choose between a refund or replacement. 

 

For minor faults unique@home can choose to offer a repair, only if the fault can be fixed in a reasonable time, replacement or refund.
